Bodenbach
This is overlooking Bodenbach and part of the Elbe valley from one of the villas on the slopes of Shepherd's Bluff. Bodenbach's church can be seen on the right. The village inside the river bend is Rosawitz. The diagonal street going south - connect the smoke stacks and keep on going - will take you to Aussig [Ustek] on the Elbe.

Mesto Podmokly bylo na pocátku století tvoreno jen nekolika ulicemi kolem kostela (vpravo). V míste pozdejších továren v Ústecké ulici byly tehdy jen pastviny a pole.
